Sinoma International Chairman Mr. Song Shoushun and Sinoma Overseas GM Mr. MengQinglin Met with Malaysian Minister of International Trade and Industry

On September 8th, 2015, upon the invitation of the Ministry of International Trade and Industry of Malaysia(MITI), Mr. Song Shoushun, Chairman of Sinoma International, in the company of Mr. MengQinglin, GM of Sinoma Overseas Development Company, met with the Malaysian delegation at the Hilton Hotel in Beijing. Members of the delegation included Mr. Mustapa Mohamed, Minister of MITI, Mr. ZainuddinYahya, Malaysian Ambassador to China, Mdm. HiswaniHarun, Deputy Secretary-general of MITI, and Mr. Azman Mahmud, CEO of Investment Promotion Bureau.

Mr. Song first welcomed the Minister and the delegation and then introduced Sinoma International, especially the company’s businessand development plans in Malaysia. Mr. Song said thatwith the support of MITI, Sinoma International hoped to keep exploring the Malaysian market in the future and actively engage in the local project construction, cement production and other businesses. Mr. Meng had a detailed discussion with Mr. Minister and members of the Malaysian delegation over the challenges and opportunities in developing the Malaysian market in the future.

Minister Mustapa Mohamed expressed gratitude to Chairman Song and GMMengand highly recognizedSinoma Group and Sinoma International for actively engaging in the construction work in Malaysia. Meanwhile, the Minister introduced the development and prospect of the Malaysian cement marketand encouraged Sinoma International to further expand the market. Mr. Mustapa Mohamed expressed MITI’s willingness foroffering policy support and encouragement.

After the meeting, Minister Mustapa Mohamed invited Chairman Song and GMMeng to visit Malaysia at their convenience.

Ms. Wang Na, the deputy head of Business Development Department, Mr. Li Xiaozhi from the same department and Ms. Jing Xiaoxia from Marketing Department also attended the meeting.
